I had a great experience at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location near the water. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities provided and a lovely bathroom in the clean and comfortable rooms. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

Sorry to say but I found the room too small, as bed was too large and no comfortable chair to sit in. Not a place to relax at all.
Bathroom too narrow. Mirror light noisy and didn't work. Too much noise coming in from neighbouring rooms. Door knocking from slight wind as if someone was trying to enter. Freight train noise intrusive. Website photos misleading about size of room.

This hotel is in a great location, just minutes away from where you board the Spirit of Tasmania. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast included was a nice touch.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it.

not really a dislike just the court yard room we stayed in would be better with a double bed this would allow for a small table and chairs ?

Located in close proximity to the ferry terminal, this hotel is perfect for solo travelers and TT Line passengers. With its stunning view of the river, guests can enjoy the ships passing by. Conveniently located near the Spirit of Tasmania terminal, my stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was efficient. I particularly enjoyed the grilled flake in the bistro, it was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay.
